Points
You can view your current points and any available rewards via the Ross Rewards portal: [link]. Points should show up in your account immediately unless there is a system delay (in which case, they should appear within 24 hours). Estimated points earned will display on your receipt. Total points will also be sent by email in a monthly statement.
Enter your enrolled phone number at checkout to earn points on eligible purchases. If you enroll in store, you’ll earn points on the purchase you make during that same transaction.
Points are based on your qualifying net spend. You earn two (2) points for every eligible dollar you spend after discounts and before tax. See terms and conditions for more details and purchase exclusions.
Points are what you earn from eligible purchases. Rewards are what you receive when you reach a point threshold. For example, once you achieve 200 points, you will receive a $2 reward that can be used as a discount on a purchase.
You’ll receive 50 bonus points instantly when you sign up. You’ll earn an additional 50 bonus points once you complete your profile.
You can complete your profile during online enrollment or by creating or logging into your online account here: [link].

Points are not earned on gift card purchases, purchases paid with store credit, or transactions where members of Ross Rewards pay with their Ross Credit Card (these transactions earn rewards through the credit card instead).
Points expire 1 year after they were earned if there are no more recent purchases. Point expiration is extended after each subsequent purchase (to 1 year after the most recent purchase).
You cannot earn points in both the Ross Rewards program and from the Ross Credit Card for the same purchase. The credit card earns rewards at a rate of 5% back in rewards for purchases on the Ross Credit Card. Ross Rewards offers the equivalent of 2% back in rewards (2 points per dollar).
No. Points cannot be exchanged for cash and only convert into Rewards Certificates.
Nearly all merchandise purchases earn points except gift cards, items paid with store credit, or purchases paid with a Ross Credit Card.
Points earned on the original purchase are removed from your balance the next day, and any reward used is refunded as prorated points.
Your balance may become negative if you return items that originally earned points or if a reward was used and part of the purchase was returned. Negative balances reduce future point earnings until positive again.
